DEOCS Customer Service continues to be available.
In response to the COVID-19 and the need to telework, contact DEOCS Customer Service by using the below contact numbers and/or support email:
Overall operations (requests, report generation, technical assistance, customer service, etc.) will NOT be impacted.
The only exceptions are requests using the SCANTRON paper response process and the processing of reports that were administered using the SCANTRON paper response process will be interrupted until we can return to normal activity.
Please refer to your respective Service to obtain guidance on follow-on assessment actions (Focus Groups/Interviews, Observations, Records and Reports Reviews).
Starting July 28, 2020, DEOCS requests will be completed via a new online portal. Instructions on how to use the new portal are forthcoming. The process will be very similar to the current process.
The current system will stop receiving requests on July 1, 2020. Any DEOCS in the current system must close by July 20, 2020. The current survey system will be deactivated on July 27, 2020.
